Vascular complications after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructions cause serious morbidity and potential mortality. Fortunately, their incidence is low. Only a few peer-reviewed case reports provide information and even a specific review article on complications after ACL surgery does not mention these rare complications. This chapter is subdivided into discussions of arterial and venous complications after ACL reconstructions.
