An 8 year old boy ruptures his anterior cruciate ligament in sports. MRI demonstrates the lesion. He is treated conservatively with a brace. At the age of 14, MRI shows an anatomic healing of the anterior cruciate ligament. He has no more subjective nor objective instability. In addition, an overview of the literature on ACL regeneration is presented. View publication
