Bilateral knee prothesis

Experiences of a 59 year old woman with bilateral severe knee osteoarthritis. A knee replacement was necessary in both knees due to knee contractures.

My nightmare started about eight years ago. I had trouble getting up and once I had walked, I experienced serious pain in both knees for a long time. I did not want to stop working, being  self-employed, I kept on going but became very disabled at last.

Eventually, my son recommended dr Janssen. He gave me my life back. In January of this year, my right knee was replaced. The left knee prosthesis followed in May. 

The disabling pain, which I have had for many years, is almost totally gone. I am very grateful for both surgeries by dr Janssen. No nonsense and two perfect knees. Thank you!
