TU/e ISBEP Pitch event Dec 15, 2020

The InnovationSpace Bachelor End Project (ISBEP) pitch event will present their Challenges for TU/e students on Tuesday Dec. 15. RPA Janssen MD PhD will present the Challenge Patient-specific prediction models

Challenge owner:  Coöperatie Orthopedie Groot Eindhoven

The goal for this challenge is to create an easy-to-use, easy-to-interpret, patient-specific prediction model for postoperative care in orthopaedics. Right now, a lot of standard protocols and time frames exist, but these by far do not fit every patient. A prediction model, based on e.g. imaging or entered empirical values can help improve patient-specific care, but does not exist yet for wide usage.
